Weekly Online Yoga SessionsLibraries NI is delighted to announce the return of its much-loved online yoga series, back by popular demand! These free, accessible sessions will take place on Tuesdays from 11:00am to 12 noon via Zoom starting on Tuesday 20 January 2026, allowing participants to join from the comfort of their own homes.

Led by experienced yoga instructor Siri Meylahn, the sessions are designed to support mental and physical wellbeing through intentional movement, breath awareness, and relaxation techniques. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned yogi, these sessions will offer a welcoming and adaptable experience suitable for all levels.

Programme Themes

Each month will focus on a different aspect of yoga practice:

January – Gentle Grounding
We are beginning the year with a slow and grounding practice to allow us to feel rooted, held and calm. In our January classes you can expect a mix of both gentle and strong postures focusing on finding the foundation of our yoga practice.

February – Self-love
Our February classes are all about self-love. In these classes you can expect gentle and uplifting sequences to create space and release tension around the upper body, including the chest, shoulders, upper back and neck.

March – Embracing Change
As spring approaches, we move with the change of season. March’s energising sequences blend breath-led and dynamic movement to help feel connected, strong, and present.

Participants only need to register once to gain access to the entire series. They are welcome to attend all sessions or drop in whenever they can.
