| Adult Short Story Reading Group |
Fortnightly on a Monday. From 2:00pm – 3:00pm.
Our group focuses on short stories chosen by staff and read and discussed on the day. The reading group encourages people to read for pleasure, share their enthusiasm and express opinions about books and their authors.

| After School Club |
A nurturing space to do some homework, with some board games and colouring activities after. Monday to Friday from 2:30 – 4:30pm – booking not required. |

| Tea and Newspapers |
Every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:00pm - 4:30pm Tea and Newspapers groups give adults the opportunity to meet new people, socialise and discuss local and national affairs in the newspapers while enjoying complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits. |

Every Thursday 2:00pm- 3:00pm.

| Rhythm and Rhyme |
Every Monday and Friday 10:30am -11:30am.
Rhythm and Rhyme sessions introduce parents and children aged 0 - 4 years to the wonder of rhymes, songs and stories.
Each session offers an entertaining opportunity for children to engage with others, provides a good foundation to develop their reading, listening and language skills and of course to have lots of fun!

| Lego Club |
Every Saturday from 10:30am - 12:00noon. Lego is a play set which encourages imagination, fun and creativity. The club is suitable for all children aged 4 -11 with adult supervision. No booking required. |

Come along and learn how to use Microsoft Word, we offer handy tips on navigating through the different Tabs and the different Ribbons within each Tab. You’ll learn how to Save and Print a document as well as learning some shortcuts to help you with your work!

Join us at Waterside Library where we are hosting local author James Simpson to promote his new book “What Peter Knew”. James is known for his short stories and his contemporary novels depicting local life. Listen in while James reads a segment from his new book followed by Q&A afterward. |
